By road from M3

Leave M3 at junction J3 in direction WOKING, BRACKNELL, A322, LIGHTWATER.
Keep in the right lane and take the immediate slip road on the right crossing the A322 ( traffic heading the opposite direction) and turn onto Guildford Road,
Stay on the Guildford Road for about 1/3 of a mile and where the road narrows take the next left turn onto All Saints Road.
At the end of All Saints Road turn left into Broadway Road and immediately over the bridge turn right into Rectory Farm (look out for sign).
