Money Back Guarantee

Recent research conducted by éclat Marketing amongst Marketing and PR managers in technology companies revealed that many had, on occasions, put up with an agency that they were not satisfied with, rather than run the risk of changing agencies. It also discovered than at times agency changes hadn’t always lived up to expectations, or that new agencies had frequently taken up to six months to properly get up to speed on the company and its solutions and to be fully effective in pitching stories to the media.

So éclat recognises that changing your technology PR agency can be a risky business, which is why we’ve come up with a way of minimising the risk. If you engage with éclat for our PR services we will undertake to match or improve on the competitive share of voice (SoV) achieved by your previous agency within the first quarter of working with you, or we will refund your full three month’s fee. This will naturally only apply to companies that are swapping from an existing agency relationship and to new contracts signed before January 31st 2012.

How does it work?
If you already subscribe to the Apollo Research media measurement service then we will use your existing analysis to gauge your current Share of Voice. If you don’t subscribe to this or any other media measurement service we will provide you with a free analysis of the current percentage SoV against your nominated competitors. We will use this as the minimum target for our own PR activities in the first quarter of engagement. At the end of the first quarter we will run another media analysis and if we have matched or improved on the SoV from the previous quarter you will pay our PR fees, but if we fail to achieve it your quarterly fees will be refunded in full.
